Laurence Roufart brings more than 30 years of experience across hospitality, wellness and movement to InterMedika, helping clients translate wellness strategy into engaging, practical programs and experiences.
A graduate with honours from Switzerland’s Vieux-Bois Hotel and Business School, Laurence spent two decades working across hotels, resorts and spas in Europe and Asia before moving into wellness coaching and program development.
For more than seven years at Thanyapura in Phuket, she worked with international guests, athletes and teams, designing and delivering programs focused on movement, recovery, stress management and sustainable wellbeing.
At InterMedika, Laurence supports hospitality, corporate and sports clients in developing wellness programs, retreats, guest and member experiences, and performance-focused initiatives. Her approach combines movement, breathwork, mindfulness and recovery with a strong understanding of hospitality, service delivery and customer engagement.
