Who we are
This website is run by InterMedika Consulting. We are responsible for the personal information described here. For any question about this policy or your information, email info@intermedika.com.
What we collect
We collect very little. The site has no forms, no accounts and no newsletter sign-up. We receive personal information only in two ways:
- When you contact us. If you email or call us, we receive your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. We use them only to reply and to discuss the work you have asked about.
- When you browse the site. Analytics and our hosting provider record how the site is used, as described below.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read and how they found us, so that we can improve it. Google Analytics uses two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_<ID>, which distinguish visits from one another and last up to two years. IP addresses are anonymised, and Google keeps the analytics data for the period set in our account, no longer than 14 months.
You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the foot of every page. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set, and Google Analytics receives only anonymous signals without cookies that cannot be linked to you. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage (intermedika.consent) so we do not ask again.
We use no advertising cookies, no social media pixels and no other tracking.
Hosting
The site is hosted by DigitalOps on Cloudflare's network. To keep the site secure and count visits, the host counts the pages visited, and Cloudflare's security systems process the technical details every web request carries: the IP address, the approximate country, the referring site and the type of browser. These are used to count visits and block attacks, not to identify you, and they set no cookies.
Other services
Fonts and images are served from this site, so viewing a page sends no request to a font service or image library. Links to other websites, such as our clients' sites, take you to services with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or engagement it relates to, and for any period the law requires afterwards. Analytics data is kept as described above.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and, where they apply to you, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time with the Cookie preferences link. To make a request, email info@intermedika.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
